บทคัดย่อ:

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของคัมภีร์ใบลานที่มีบทบาทต่อกระบวนการสร้างศูนย์เรียนรู้ชุมชนเพื่อให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม ตอบสนองนโยบายของรัฐ ผ่านวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมี ส่วนร่วม (Participatory Action Research: PAR) โดยชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมกับทีมวิจัยตั้งแต่แรกเริ่มจนถึงสิ้นสุดโครงการ ทั้งการระบุปัญหา ประชุมปรึกษาหารือ วางแผน การดำเนินงาน และการประเมินผล เป็นกระบวนการสร้างศูนย์เรียนรู้ ชุมชนด้านเอกสารโบราณ วัดศรีจันทร์ ชุมชนบ้านนาอ้อ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเลย และเกิดเป็น “ศูนย์เรียนรู้ชุมชนด้านเอกสารโบราณ วัดศรีจันทร์” ได้นำเสนอใน 3 ประเด็นคือ ความสำคัญของคัมภีร์ใบลานที่สัมพันธ์กับวิถีชุมชน ขั้นตอนและกระบวนการดำเนินงาน และการก่อเกิดเป็นศูนย์เรียนรู้ชุมชนด้านเอกสารโบราณวัดศรีจันทร์

ABSTRACT:

The aim of this article is to present the importance of palm leaf manuscripts. These manuscripts will play an important role in process of the creation of the community learning center in ancient documents for the cultural heritage tourism which is in response to government policies. This article will document the entire process of creating a community learning center from start to finish, resulting in the inauguration of “The community learning center in ancient documents, Wat Srichan”. The three major issues outlined are the importance of the palm leaves manuscripts and their relationship to local communities, the procedures and processes, and the establishment of the community learning center in ancient documents, Wat Srichan.
